Kelly A. Ray, LEED AP
Ms. Ray has been with the firm since 2002. Her background is in community planning, particularly land use and zoning. Kelly’s skills include GIS, data collection, research, analysis, preparation of comprehensive plan amendments, rezonings, plats, DRIs, and other regulatory reviews. Ms. Ray works collaboratively with technical experts such as attorneys, environmental consultants, transportation planners, and housing consultants. Kelly advises clients and interacts with officials and agencies regarding project related issues.
Kelly is a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) meaning that she has “demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles” as determined by the U.S. Green Building Council. Kelly is a State Board Member for the South Florida Chapter of the Florida Planning & Zoning Association. She obtained her master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from FAU's School of Urban and Regional Planning with a focus on Visual Planning Technologies.
