Kerr & Associates provided PMDD Rezoning services. The project is a 23-acre mixed-use project with upscale shopping, living and working venues and is a progressive, environmentally-friendly center. It is part of Coconut Creek's newly created downtown. The project is seeking LEED certification to achieve environmentally-responsible design.

Metropica
Kerr & Associates provided Land Use and Text Amendments and Development of Regional Impact (DRI) services. The project is a new urban destination which blends a metropolitan sensibility with the energetic appeal of the tropics. Metropica is a walkable, mixed-use project offering office space, multi-family residences, full-service restaurants and retail uses, all in a park-like setting. Metropica is a TOD (transit oriented development) designed to maximize access by transit and non-motorized transportation.
